For some reasons unknown to most men, women simply cannot walk past a shoe shop without stopping to have a ‘look’. That look usually escalates into a purchase and this phase can continue until the woman simply has no money left. So what is it that makes women obsess so much about shoes?

The reason women buy so many different shoes, is because there are so many different shoes to choose from! How can you possible tell which pair of shoes will go with which outfit? Our wardrobes change all the time and whilst one pair of shoes may go with one outfit, they may not necessarily go with another one. So, by buying different types of shoes, we are simply making sure that we have at least one pair of shoes to match each and every outfit that we own.

Should We Worry About This Never Ending Addiction?

As strange as it may seem to some people, collecting shoes is fun for many women. If it makes them happy who is anyone else to judge? Every single person is different. Some people collect handbags, others collect cuddly teddy bears, and some people collect shoes. That is just the way it is! It is not like the people who collect shoes are going out and beating someone with them, they are simply spending their own money on something which they adore, so as strange as it may be, it is a harmless addiction.

Overall, some women are never going to get over their shoe addiction. As long as there are millions of pairs to choose from, there will always be someone willing to buy them all.
