PC SECURITY INFO No one likes to be spied on
Thom McIntosh

No one likes to be spied on. No one likes to have their every move tracked and recorded. More and more people are becoming
victims to scam artists on the Internet who are using sophisticated spyware software that can do great damage to your PC, your bank account and your reputation. The Internet is the greatest tool to come into our world in hundred of years. It also has exposed us to scam artists world wide.

Whenever you are surfing the Internet or installing a new software on your PC, there are traces of your activity and personal information left behind on your PC. Your IP address can be tracked easily by malicious programmers, hackers and even spys! They can tap into your hard drive, as well as your surfing habits, if your IP isn't protected. It is no ones business what sites you visit, what you search for or who you contact. The spyware and adware, viruses, worms and Trojan horses keep getting more potent. With a little research, you can install software that will keep you safe from almost any attack.

You should have software that warns you when spy ware or adware is attemping to be installed. Also, software that will clean it off, if it gets by your protection. I also think it is a good idea to have your IP address hidden "surf Anonymously". By surfing Anonymously, it keeps your IP, or Internet address unlisted and hidden, so you can surf the Internet without being tracked. This keeps your online activities private so you can feel safe surfing the sites you want to surf! By surfing Anonymously you will not receive nearly as many spam emails from the sites you visit. Without surfing annonymously and using adware software every site you visit will be recorded and your Ip address will be sold to any one who wants it, leaving you open to problems.

There are many good adware-spyware programs available which can be downloaded. Some free, some for $20,$30,$40 or more. You can find a good program either free or for a one time fee. Be sure it is updated frequently and will block all known threats from being installed and clean off any that gets by the filters. Deal with a reputable Company. There are some programs that you think are protecting you that install spyware on your PC. Look at many and compare.
