The panel will discuss and analyse how the future use of internet will determine the services that carries need to offer, identifying the killer applications of tomorrow to boost your current business, and the continuous impact of VoIP on voice revenues. This will be the 11th annual event consisting of 54 expert speakers, 10 hours of networking and 3 days of high-level content. The highly researched agenda will provide you sufficient knowledge to identify specific needs of emerging market throughout the world, ensure long term success by identifying the carrier role in the emerging media and telecom environment, and deliver and recognize requirements of valuable enterprise customers to keep them loyal and satisfied.

In an industry where revenues from voice continue to fall, competition is rife and margins are tight, it is a necessity for carriers to identify opportunities. The 11th annual event of Carriers World 2006 will explore the strategies and prospects for profiting in the wholesale business environment. The pre-conference briefing will commence on September 26 with the opening remarks by Tony Lavender, CRO, Ovum. September 27-28, 2006 will witness discussions on consolidation versus differentiation, positioning business for profitable growth, developing a successful partnering strategy, assessing impact of innovation on traffic, and related topics.

By being an active participant in the Carriers World 2006, Capgemini sets yet another example of the fervent role played by the Big Four firms in serving the cause.
