7) While doing video chating make sure that your web cam is a good one and it is sending clear video stream so that people can view your video without any problem.
8) Never give out your personal information in a chat room.
9) Check the terms and conditions, code of conduct, and privacy statement at the chat site before you begin chatting.
10) Have fun and enjoy your chatting experience. Tell your friends to join you to have more fun in chat.

There are few abbreviations that you need to know for doing good chattng. A very common abbreviation is "lol" or "LOL" that stands for Laughing Out Loud.
